The Day Santa Came to Town

The day Santa came to town was a jolly, fun time. The residents at Ascension Homes were full of smiles. Hot cocoa was steaming, an aroma of cookies in the air and presents were bursting from under the tree. Anticipation and excitement filled the room. “What will I get this year,” an inquiring resident wanted to know!

Santa checked his list and of course, looked at it twice. He determined that everyone was, well, of course, nice!! Cookies and camera poses were first to start. Thank you Amy for all her hard work!

Santa helped pass presents and grins turned to excitement. “I love it!” “This is great,” were common phrases heard throughout the crowd. Some even had tears. A new resident to Ascension II remarked, “I have never been treated so nice before in my life!”

Joy fills all our staff’s hearts. The party was not only fulfilling; but, also a happy time for all. Ascension Health Homes wish each and everyone a very Merry 2019 Christmas!
