2018 Rewind-A Year of Celebration

2018 Rewind, a year of celebration! At Ascension Health Homes, we measure how well we provide comfort, care and compassion by the memories and accomplishments over the year.

COMFORT

Happiness and well-being require a comfortable, calm, clean and safe living area. New Landscaping for Ascension Health I and Ascension Health III were updated! The new look compliments and mimics the individualized care and commitment to our residents in a warm hearted, home-like environment.

A new kitchen at Ascension Health not only gives our residents better access to the table, it also gives them easier access to the garage exit ramp and the half bathroom located off the kitchen! The new colors brighten up the room providing a more uplifting feel.

CARE

In addition to comfort, excellent care includes having fun! We sure had a lot of it over the year!! Easter, Summer and Fall celebrations were Booterrific and
provided opportunities to our residents for fulfillment and support.

Of course, loving what we do shows as the management team makes some music! Each person performs their part using their own strengths; but, at the same time draw on the strengths of the rest of the group to make beautiful music. Beautiful music is defined by providing the best care in Grand Rapids.

COMPASSION

Lastly, providing long-term comfort, care and compassion also includes tears as those we loved like family pass on. We will always remember the laughs and memories of each of them. The joy they brought us will leave a life long impression on our souls. They are greatly missed!
